If you are new to yoga, need a refresher or just want to get more comfortable & confident coming to a general yoga class - this is the workshop for you.
We’d love to support you building a strong foundation, build confidence & understand basic yogic philosophy too.
Jenniferlyn (JL) will introduce you to common/foundational poses, offer some modifications and options, give you tools for calming the mind and teaching you breathing techniques to support your practice.
**You do not need to be bendy to practice. Just be YOU. We hope you’ll come and join our community.
