This workshop is designed for anyone who is seeking relief from tight hips or chronic low back pain, and is curious to learn more about hip structure, function, and range of motion. We will begin with group discussion, warm up with gentle sun salutations and standing postures, and then melt into a series of hip opening postures and longer holds intended to lengthen and revitalize the immediate and adjacent muscles of the hips including your hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes and low back. Leave feeling both stronger and more spacious in your hips, and more confident and free - on your mat and in your life.
