The Chakras are an energy system made up of seven “discs”, or wheels, that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. These “balls of light” influence both our body and mind, and are an integral part of yogic anatomy. When we feel out of balance, it’s often a sign that one of the Chakras needs attention.
In this special pop-up class, JL will guide you through dynamic flow sequences designed to open, expand, and balance each Chakra. You’ll learn the basics of the Chakra system, while practicing specific poses that help align these energy centers. The class will conclude with a guided meditation and sound bowl Savasana.
