Heartflow: A Cacao and Breathwork Journey

  • The Castro Room 97 Collingwood Street San Francisco, CA, 94114 United States (map)

Join us for an immersive experience of heart-centered healing through cacao, breathwork, and sound. This offering provides a safe and nurturing space to release stress, reconnect with your inner self, and experience a richer presence.

We will begin by exploring the benefits of using natural cacao, followed by a heart-opening meditation focusing on gratitude. Pure cacao is considered a sacred plant medicine, cherished for centuries in many traditions to awaken the heart, create self-awareness, and foster emotional clarity and connection. It is a food rich in minerals that increases the blood flow to the brain and opens our heart space. It contains very little caffeine and is high on theobromine - a compound that gently stimulates the release of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins to help boost our mood and focus, reduce stress, and aid digestion.

As you drink the cacao, you are invited to set intentions, ground yourself, and activate your inner energy. The cacao that will be served is 100% pure and comes from Yucatan, Mexico. It is grown on a sustainable farm and prepared in small batches.

After the cacao meditation, Deni will guide you through a breathwork activation accompanied by curated music and sound to expand the connection between the mind and body. Through conscious breathing patterns, we will access deeper terrains of ourselves to help balance our nervous system, increase lung capacity, and clear any stagnant energy.

Combining cacao, breathwork, and sound provides a unique opportunity to connect genuinely with yourself, release blockages, and restore inner harmony to your heart.

Everyone is welcome.
