Fall is a significant time of transition, providing the perfect opportunity to release stress, replenish our energy, and restore equanimity in our lives.
Restorative yoga acts as a tonic for whatever ails us, bringing the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. In this afternoon workshop we will utilize well placed bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other supportive props to provide restoration for tired bodies and busy minds. Practice surrendering as we shift deeper into fall, emerge feeling more at ease, balanced, and renewed.
Please bring an eye covering such as a scarf, small towel, or eye pillow or mask.
All are welcome, no prior yoga experience is necessary. Preregistration is highly recommended.
